This class was amazing!!!
I took this class as a refresher for my knowledge on having to deal with difficult people. I am a retail store manager and was just placed at a high volume store where there are numerous difficult people at this particular location and I wanted to make sure that I have the tools in order to encourage my leadership team on how to deal with difficult people. I will definitely take this one sheet and give it to each of them to be able to move forward.
